We, at KAGR, are committed to providing high-quality educational workshops to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- The workshop you attended was cancelled by us.
- The workshop you attended did not cover the topics as advertised on our website.
- The instructor did not meet the expectations set on our website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your workshop for any other reason, please contact us within 2 days of the workshop and let us know what specifically you are unhappy with. We will work with you to try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer you a refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- No longer wanting to attend the workshop
- Absence from the workshop
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Your name and email address
- The name and date of the workshop you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 7 days with further instructions.
